Reporting a problem

Because nothing leaves your device, we can't reproduce an issue from our side. To help us pin it down fast, include what you can:

  • Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.4).
  • The tool or step you were using and what you expected to happen.
  • A screenshot, and the read type / approximate genome size if it's an assembly.
  • Please don't send patient-identifiable or sensitive data — a description or a synthetic example is plenty.
